I always have huge intentions for Halloween as it is one of my favorite holidays. I was ready to decorate our house the day after Labor Day but my Mother and Jim thought I was crazy. This year we vamped up our spooky cemetery, it looked amazing! The pictures do not do any justice, I just loved hearing every ghost and ghoul that our house “was the coolest on the block”. Jim had pulled out his mask from last year and placed a stool in the cemetery and decided to spook the kiddies without doing anything. Most of the comments were, “wow, what a cool robot”, “is that real?”. At one point he came out and stood by our front gate intimidating our passer byers as they received treats. It was really fun. I even had a dad take a picture with me and my decorations…(I am still giddy). After we passed out candy, my friend Cassie and I headed out to a party in Pacific Beach. It was fun to get dressed up and be the responsible adult that I am. Needless to say, it was a great Halloween and I am already planning next years spooks, can we say Halloween party and haunted house?
we had about eight tombstones with candles, bones, lights, a spooked cat, fog, gargoyles and spiders, oh my!
and a pumpkin invaded by mice.
and a hubby who just wanted to wear that wig once again!
